Dr. Rizvi is incredible and a great doctor! I would recommend him in a heartbeat. However I do not like the fact that we are overcharged our visits. At our visit yesterday I was quoted an estimate and informed the front desk staff that I will not pay for that estimate as when it is submitted to insurance the allowed amount is less than what you are collecting upfront. The front desk staff tries to tell me that this is the estimate and that is what needs to be collected. However you should not estimate a visit before a patient is being seen as you do not know the level of care the patient will receive. Also based on coding guidelines it looks as though you are overbilling for our visits!

Dr. Rizvi is very knowledgeable and understands just what it takes be number one in his field of work. He likes to communicate and be certain that whatever issues you are having will be solved, so that you can return to daily activities. He explains the actions needed and answers all questions asked.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Rizvi’s empathy, knowledge and great use of our time. He pulled up resources online to help me better understand my issue and positive, but realistic, timeframes on when I should be fully functional again.
His MA, Asia, was kind and did an amazing job working me into the doctors schedule when I got stuck in traffic.

Dr Rizvi is always on time for his appointments, and both times I have seen him, he has been very positive and forward-thinking. He has a caring way to talk to you and lets you, the patient, share all concerns without interruption. I highly recommend him.

Very professional and thorough. He showed care and compassion - interested in truly understanding my symptoms, pain and ailments. I feel Dr. Rizvi listened carefully to me without making assumptions and before providing his medical diagnosis and care plan. He did not do medical profiling like I have experienced with other doctors. For example, Unlike the other Orthopedic doctors, Dr. Rizvi didn't quickly write off the pain in my leg/feet as arthritis with no cure. Rather, he sought to understand my symptoms and pain first. Lastly, Dr. Rizvi took time to communicate with me and to ensure I understood his diagnosis and next step care plan. Thank you, Dr. Rizvi.
