Such an easy clinic to visit. I pulled right up to the front door. I waited 2 minutes for my cleaning. Dr. West and the hygienist ( blanking on his name ) are calm and laid back. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for almost a year but it’s finally being done after another great visit to Memorial City Dentistry today! From my first visit, every staff member I came in contact with was welcoming, friendly and helpful.
I came in for a chipped wisdom tooth that was painful and I was able to get the problem taken care of within a few visits. They explained the price breakdown and what to expect and it was very helpful. During each visit, everyone made sure that I was comfortable rather it was a cleaning or dental procedure being performed. Dr. Joo is AMAZING!! Kind, friendly, informative, thorough and professional. She extracted my wisdom tooth and I was terrified, but she comforted me and extracted it so well! I didn’t feel a thing!
There’s nothing but smiles and laughs every time I visit, from front desk staff to doctors to hygienists & assistants. Dr. Joo, I can’t thank you enough for helping me getting my dental health back on track. Thank you Elizabeth and JR for giving me a nice and healthy cleaning and for all the helpful dental advice. I am so glad I found them and I would highly recommend Memorial City dentistry to anyone looking for a great dental office!

Dr. West is thorough and efficient. I first encountered him because of his emergency service mentioned in his phone listing. I needed help immediately. He saw me on the 4th of July(!) several years ago and I have continued to see him for all my dentistry. I’d call him a perfectionist. He’s friendly, as is all his staff. I particularly recommend Elizabeth for perfect teeth cleaning. The receptionists are helpful and efficient.

I first met Dr. West almost 20 years ago on a Sunday morning emergency call after I had broken a tooth the night before. I was impressed that he was willing to come in to help me on a weekend bc I was in pain.
But after having him as my dentist for so many years I am more and more impressed with his expertise and wouldn't want to use anyone else. I hope he remains in practice for a long long time.

I was welcomed with open arms. They took my appointment last minute, though they’re busy. The dentist was very informative and had a very calming and positive attitude. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell me a service and the dental hygienist was great and
