La amabilidad de las personas al recibir para uno dar nuestra información, es excelente , el servicio que te dan al cruzar la puerta para que lo chequen es muy respetuosa , excelente, amables y uno tiene esa conexión y confianza para poder decir lo que nos pasa y ellos nos entienden y escuchan nuestros síntomas, me sentí muy segura y con mucha confianza; y la traducción muy excelente y servicial,porque eso lo que trasmiten tanto dentro como las recepcionistas . Gracias por cuidarnos así a los pasientes(el laboratorio de igual muy amables y serviciales) gracias un cliente agradecido.

Dr. Kim is very friendly kind, and yet will give you the honesty that I need. When she first told me about my diabetes, she was still positive, upbeat, she was the right person to give me the bad news. But her being positive has helped my numbers go down and has helped me change my eating lifestyle. I actively avoided going to the doctor for years until I just had to go. But now I am SO GLAD that I did. Everyone I have met at Kelsey, the doctors , nurses receptionists, the bloodwork lab technicians have treated me absolutely wonderful. God Bless them all.

She is so attentive and patient . She listened to and addressed each of my concerns. Even took time to answer a follow up I added online after my appointment. I’d been looking for a Primary Care Provider for 3 years and I finally found that person.
