Very knowledgeable. She took care of my hearing aids problem and explained clearly and concisely as she updated the software. Didn't talk down to me or consider me too old to understand the process.

For three years, Dr. Nowak has guided my successful adaptation to hearing aides. Each time she has come to the reception area, Dr. Nowak greets me with a convincing smile and positive attitude. She projects confidence and product knowledge, making certain the appointment is easy for me, a technology-challenged guy.
