I never thought I would talk with anyone z Never. Some how . I had, a bad day. He started talking to me questions and I started talking. He has so much empathy,-compassion, understanding, listening, most of all:He doesn’t push me ever.

Great visit. I was truly drained after that appointment. I brought up some strong emotionally charged memories. It felt good to open the door and let out those experiences.

He listens to me w/o interrputing and offers good advice, things I can do to make my life better, I feel ok with telling him anything, I like his therapy methods and feel he is helping me work on changing my life for the better
