She studies my past history before coming to the exam room. She discusses today's visit and compares to the past. She doesn't rush through the exam; she makes recommendations for treatments and medications but lets the client have the final say so. She is very personable.

Had issues with video call connectivity and Dr Henry tried a different way to get in touch. My video call was not rushed and she explained what I need to watch for with my injury. Asked if medication’s were needed and to follow-up with my primary. Would use video chat again if medical question required answering and my primary was not available.
