I very much like Dr. Parikh's way of explaining things. He is also a great listener, and very thorough. In this particular case, he was able to recognize that my knee/thigh injury was more severe than I had thought and got me an expedited consult with an orthopedist, and ordered X-rays the orthopedist could use. It turns out I am needing surgery, and I am very grateful to Dr. Parikh for recognizing this and expediting the needed referral.

Dr Parikh explains facts and medical diagnoses clearly, and offers thoughtful advice. He also has a history of seeking challenging assignments, e.g. cardiology, and that has given him experience in more than just family medicine. Great!
