Dr Gaines was very compassionate and concerned about my health . He gave me good advice and instructions to remedy my situation . I really appreciate his help and I will keep going to him for my visit . He’s an excellent physician and very knowledgeable.

He's real, he listens and asks pertinent follow up questions. And he speaks normal human better than most. I like the guy and like to have a beer and some barbecue one day. Even though we're going to be moving to Rockport Texas this October he's still going to be my PCP. And if he's a saltwater fisherman he's welcome to come and go fishing with us.

My husband and I were very impressed with Dr. Gaines at our first appointment. Dr. Gaines wanted to know about us and then proceeded to discuss our medical needs.

I enjoyed spending time with Dr. Gaines. His bedside manner is top-notch. Also, I feel like he combines the best practices of traditional medical care combined with some modern best practices.

He truly cares, he is very patient. Dr Gaines understood my hearing impairment and adjusted himself to speak to me so that I understood! That was huge to me. Not once did he suggest that I should not be without a hearing person accompanying me. Big Respect!
