She is Excellent Listener and Talks to the Patient and Explains. What needs to done and how and when it should be performed and Asked Questions and Answers explained the concerns also what to expect after the procedure is done also take care while in recovery

Dr. Emily Patton is an excellent physician . This was my first time meeting her and she quickly determined my diagnosis . She vacuumed out my left ear and no one had ever done this before . She checked my throat and my nose . She did just what her job title implies . No other Dr had ever done this . She told me what to put in my nostril because i suffer from very dry nose and it makes a scab and it’s painful . I did what she told me to do and the following day i was so much better . I wish someone had told me this a long time ago and i didn’t have to suffer from this dry nose . On my left ear after she vacuumed she told me i have an ulcer in my ear . I was shocked to hear this . She also told me i had an exposed bone . I had seen so many drs and no one evaluated this information to me before they just do the elephant flush out on my ear . Dr Patton told me to use these ear drops for two wks and come back and visit her and see how it looks because she said she might have to get a biopsy . She said this could turn into cancer . I was shocked with all this information i received. I hope all turns out well and i wasn’t too late in finding this wonderful Dr . I asked how could this happen but there’s no way of really knowing and she said maybe from infection . The other Drs well the assistants they try to flush my ear and said they couldn’t get it all ( the wax buildup was stuck way in the back ) and they said they didn’t want to irritate it any more . I wonder if maybe they could’ve done more harm . I really needed to be checked by ENT the professionals in this field . I’m so thankful for this Dr and i really appreciate all she’s done for me and i will continue to see her and I’ll recommend her to anyone i know .
