She was very personable and the appointment was very smooth.
Only disappointment is the relatively long new patient wait because PCP refused to refer us out of the KS system even though our insurance is a regular non-Kelsey HMO. This isn’t Dr. Yao’s fault of course, just a larger failing of KS-type business models in balancing profit against truly patient-centered care.
Now that we’re established I will be pleased to continue with Dr Yao.
