Dr. Ragone-Yao is very personal to begin with, asks if you have questions, then answers them in a way that is easily understood.
She offers different options for treating my issues. She is very professional but also speaks in layman's terms. I think she is exceptional in her field.

Dr. Yao was most helpful. She helped me understand my hearing loss a bit better and got me directed to the hearing aid center for additional help.
