Dr. Yao explains from the first visit to the follow up your needs and what will be done. She does not leave you wondering. She also listens when ask questions and answers. My procedure was done with care. The nurses after the surgery were also very good.

Dr. Ragone-Yao is very personal to begin with, asks if you have questions, then answers them in a way that is easily understood.
She offers different options for treating my issues. She is very professional but also speaks in layman's terms. I think she is exceptional in her field.
