She listens to your concerns and treats you like a person, patient, and customer. She cares about physical, mental, and emotional health. Her entire staffs is respectful, fun and courteous. This same demeanor is used with messaging. This is what patient care looks like.

Well, we just met, I used to see Doctor Yakoob for many years and she up and left. I have only had one appointment with Dr. Muniz, it was my physical so I am waiting for her feedback on my test results. Once I receive these I will have a more complete answer for you on her body of work in relation to me. So far I like her, she took the time to listen to me and discuss my needs, do's and don'ts of my lifestyle. I am certain we will have a wonderful doctor/patient relationship.

Very good doctor. She works to get to the bottom of issues. Goes out of her way In my opinion to make sure my issues are addressed.

She is very clear about explaining things to me so that I understand. She gives me time to explain what is bothering me and will refer me to the right doctors who specialize in my ailments. Her staff is very kind and always calms me down and makes me comfortable before Dr Muniz comes in.

Attentive to what I had to say, gave me the time to communicate my health story (my view) with Dr. Marrufo, even though she (obviously) had access to the history. Respectful of my decisions on optional treatments.
