I saw his PA this time and she was very nice and thorough. I did ask to see him and he did come in at the end to say HI and see that I was ready to get scheduled for my injection on Wednesday.

Dr Velez is a very knowledgeable spine doctor, who also will look for more information if there is a question. His kindness as a doctor is priceless. He doesn’t quit until he helps his patient. Couldn’t ask for a better spine doctor.

Dr. Velez manages my pain and makes recommendations when prescribed treatments are not working. He is also open to suggestions about my care and treatment. He is very much appreciated as a member of my health care team who helps me to get better and stay on the move.

He listens to my concerns, and the last injection I had was almost 7 months ago. Unheard of, at least in my experience. Usually about 4 months. I requested left side only and that is exactly where I got the relief. He did a great job.
