From the start, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. When taken to the patient room, I was greeted and told what and how my visit would be by the staff. Lawana (NP) came in, and we had a nice conversation as if we had known each other for years. Dr. Wagle was very friendly, cordial and informative. Speaking to us and looking at our eyes, rather than looking at the computer over my files. He, apparently, reviewed my files prior to entering the patient's room. He dispelled prior misinformation given to me and provided a wonderful vision of my future. My wife and I were so very pleased with the amazing personalities/ office atmosphere and noticed how much different things were at Dr. Wagle's office then at other KS clinics. Best of all, no one was wearing masks! Wished all the other offices would also lose that fear. It just adds to patients own fears when they see their doctors masked up! We are so over that!

Dr. Wagle has been my cardiologist for several years now. He greets me very warmly when he enters the exam room, and remains friendly and unrushed throughout the appointment. He always comes across as sincerely interested in my well being.
