Dr. Sallman Hickman speaks clearly and in layman’s language. She often answers my questions before I can ask one. She is quick and efficient. And she always makes sure if I have any other questions. During the procedure she asks if I am tolerating the pain okay and tells me what action she will be performing and makes sure I understand and agree with that action before she does it. She was very thorough making sure she found all the mila to be removed. Afterwards she explained post treatment care and gave recommendations to clean the wounds and how long it will take to heal and when I can do a daily facial routine. She was great!

She's very through-thoughtful and concerned about her patients. Had issue with swelling in left foot after couple inquirys told her about it and she knew exactly what the problem was and prescribed medication and information about what to do. Extremely helpful.

She was very patient even thou my son’s behavior was not the best. She talked about his skin and made him feel comfortable about his acne. Typed morning and evening routines. Overall very helpful and a good listener.
