The very moment he walks into the office to meet with me, Dr. Szeto eases my concerns with his welcoming smiles as if assuring me that I feel valued and he is there to listen and assist me with respect to my health challenge.
He patiently listens, explains and offers me what treatment options I have and are available; just as he answers all questions I asked him with much appreciated clarity.
In view of his proven expertise, sincere compassion and dedication to patient care, I feel confident having him with me in my health journey moving forward.

Dr. Szeto is a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional Physician, with a great sense of humor. He's easy to talk to and we have a very good rapport. I completely trust him with my health care needs and would highly recommend him to others.

Doctor Douglas is a professional at what he does, he is not dismissive of a problem or concern, pays attention to details and he will do whatever he can to help any life issues. I am so happy that he is my family doctor. They are timing is very perfect and I will 100% recommend him to anyone or family member. the reception ladies are so friendly and the gesture in that office makes you want to come back. Thank you for so and I will be visiting soon

He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions!
I also want to thank the nurses that help me when I almost faint after receiving an injection. Don’t remember their names!

Dr. Szeto brings a high level of care and competency to appointments that is coupled with enthusiasm for the patient's healthcare. He listens to my concerns and offers good feedback. I feel that he is an active participant in my wellness rather than just a guide to tell me when I've gone off course. I appreciate that.

I love Dr. Sezto because he has a great bedside manner, very professional and he shows empathy whenever I have a question, concern and even when I am self diagnosing myself! He always has a smile on his face and laughing with me or at me! Lol.

There was no rush he took his time to look over my blood reports explain all in a way that I would understand
