My first time seeing a woman urologist so I was nervous but she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain things

She took the time to consider other treatment approaches to my UTI than antibiotics, which had been prescribed for me previously with no improvement. Had been referred to me because she is very thorough and I certainly appreciated her for that.

Easy to talk to and good experience on my first few appointments as a new patient. I do wish billing to insurance was smoother as each of my routine doc visits is being mis-categorized when they submit to my insurance which automatically rejects every claim.

Dr. Popat asks many questions, listens carefully then repeats back to you your answers. She is very thorough in pre-exam, and also in her examination. She then goes over all results and possibilities with you and is very professional as well as compassionate. I am extremely pleased to have been referred to her by my primary care doctor.

Dr Popat was very attentive. She made me feel like she was genuinely interested to understand what I was sharing with her regarding my concerns, feelings and symptoms. Dr Popat was very professional in explaining exactly what she was doing and going to feel while she examined me. She was respectful and thorough in her explanation of steps that can be taken to remedy my situation.
Dr Popat made me feel heard, understood and at ease with her professionalism and general understanding being a woman herself. Dr Popal was awesome.
