HIS BEDSIDE MANOR. HE WAS VERY NICE & THOROUGH. HE LISTENED & ADDRESSED EVERY ISSUE I WAS CONCERNED WITH & WENT BEYOND THAT TO CHECK OTHER PROBLEMS I MAY HAVE. I LIVE BY THE WEST GRANDPARWAY FACILITY. I WISH HE WOULD BE AT THAT LOCATION. HE IS WONDERFUL

My wait time was minimal, and the intake nurse was very thorough, friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions as she obtained all of the pertinent information for the doctor. Dr. Norwood is always very warm and engaging. After requesting a moment to review the file and nurses' notes, he always asks about my overall health and specific issues related to my visit. He makes sure that all of my questions are answered and that his follow-up plan is clear. Very knowledgeable and patient-oriented.

He made me feel encourage to get even better he made me feel like he was proud of my progress. He encourage me if I have any questions or concerns to call his office and I like that.
