She was very polite, friendly ,on her explanation of what’s going on with me, explained of the different medication that could be used to help my healing of this sinus virus, she did not rush, took her time and I appreciate that. Her staff was just as friendly..

I’ve had a great experience with Kimberly Hill, NP-C. She takes the time to truly listen and never rushes through appointments. I appreciate how she asks thoughtful, clarifying questions to make sure she fully understands what I’m going through. It feels like she genuinely cares and wants to help find the best solution. She is very attentive and listened well. Instead of saying "this is how we will deal with it"- and rushing you out the door she works with you to see what is best for you out of the avaliable options. She makes you feel seen and heard. You can tell she truly cares.
