Very personable, put me at some ease as she knew I was upset and anxious about what was going on. Thorough in asking questions regarding all kinds of things that could and/or may have contributed to what was going on with me. I feel that she is approachable and would respond quickly to any questions or concerns that I may have if my encounters with her would remain ongoing in the future. My only gripe is that she is so far away from where I live ... I wish there was a clinic/facility closer to my home.

Amy was nice to visit with and she genuwonely seemed interested in figuring why I was enimic. I did not know that giving blood would depleate your iron. She was very helpful.

She was friendly, and answered all of my questions. She helped my hear her (I wear a hearing aid so when the mask is on I have a hard time understanding what is being said) but she made sure I understood her. I liked her a lot.

Amy was EXTREMELY thorough, patient in explaining everything, allowed my questions, broke things down in terms that I could understand. Anything that was beyond the score of her specialty she referred to the doctor that should address this need. She as well explained that when the results were available if there is anything that I don't understand or any questions please contact the nurse for more information and if they need to inform her she will be made aware.
