He is very good at explaining what is going on with my hearing. He is very calm. He told me what I had been thinking all along about my hearing. He took me to audiology department to make an appointment. I appreciated that.

Dr Prasad explained things clearly and answered my questions. He was polite and listened to my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see an ENT doctor.

Dr Prasad is cautious, but he gave me GREAT news yesterday. He knows that sometimes that cancer can and will recur. I requested the numbing solution and I did get it.

Seemed VERY nice & VERY informed about ENT. Was nice, that he gets right to the point & does not sugar coat issues-- some of us really like that. Tells you the good, bad & other. One suggestion for him-- wear scrubs with your name on it. He was so relaxed & casual ( like that!) without name on scrubs-- did not know who the dude was ! :-) Had to ask-- Are you the doctor ? This is minor, but I worked in Health Care 10yrs, & had a doc that wore other docs scrubs with their names on it ! Or like this doc, no name.. Just gets confusing to patients escpecially with first encounters.. thanks
