Dr. Ly is a great doctor to me. She is kind and confident at what she does. She is a professional and is really concern about me. She goes over in detail about my chart and medication. I can call a nurse day or night and she can get in touch with Dr.Ly so l can talk with her if l have a concern.

Most of all, Dr. Ly’s clearly knows her stuff; her immediate, straightforward and clear answers to questions and explanations of test results and so on inspire confidence that you’re in good hands. At the same time, she relates to her patients as more than just numbers on a table or chart; she gives the sense that she truly cares about her patients—as well as doing her job to the best of her ability with each one of them. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ly is very thorough and very caring. She has obviously read through the details of my previous visits. I had a somewhat long wait for my appointment; however, this is understandable because there were several other people waiting. The nurse was nice and hellpful.
