If I don’t give the team 5 stars the bean counters will put more pressure on them to raise their Patient Satisfaction Score, and this will be to the detriment of all patients. The team is great. They don’t need any more pressure. Give them support.

I was really nervous about having a procedure done and he came over and said he would wait till I felt better. During the procedure he kept asking if I was ok. His assistant was really great too. I would highly recommend this team.
