I had my first visit to Ferris Orthodontics May 6, 2026.
I had gone to the wrong location. 😜 I only needed my
The staff was so accommodating. They said it happens all of the time. They were able to fit me into the schedule within 30 minutes. I only needed my fixed retainer repaired.
Everyone was incredibly personable. They were efficient but not rushed. The equipment top notch. Five stars.

Excellent customer service is delivered by all the individuals with whom I interacted. Staff is very patient centric and explains everything to me. Very accommodating to my request. Great Team.

From the first phone call to the very end of treatment, every staff member was friendly and professional. I was treated with respect and care. Dr. Ferris was very knowledgeable and provided me with options. I would definitely recommend Ferris Orthodontists. It was a wonderful experience.

We are just at the beginning of our two-year braces adventure and already very impressed with this office. Dr. Ferris and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and make things so easy. You can tell they really care about every patient and the atmosphere is so positive. Highly recommend!!

Ferris Orthodonic’s has been very responsive to my child, who is wearing braces for the first time. He’s going through an adjustment. And Ferris staff have been very helpful with making tweaks as needed. This level of care is very much appreciated.

Amazing service. Got us right in and took care of the issue. Most importantly, they made us feel comfortable coming in to fix the bracket. Great atmosphere.
