The customer service is amazing! Every person I’ve been in contact with has a smile on their face, friendly, sweet, kind, understanding. I have had to call twice, non emergency, and the next morning i am called back and told to come in before school even starts. If that’s not 5 star service i don’t know what is.

Dr. Ferris and Stacy were great! My daughter was VERY anxious from a recent negative dental experience, and was in tears as we arrived at the office, but she was relaxed and laughing by the time we left. They were very patient with her, and both worked very intentionally to help calm and reassure her.

Dr. Ferris and Dr. Hembree and the whole staff are fantastic. My wife took our twins to their appointment yesterday to get their braces put on. My wife and kids raved about the staff and how kind they are. Thank you for taking good care of my family!

Kind, compassionate & patient. The technicians even took the time to help my 4 year old be less scared of dentists. Explaining tools & letting her see big bubba get his braces adjusted

The people in the office are so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Ferris was so nice and answered all my questions. He also has seen at least four of my grandchildren and more to come.

I like Ferris orthodontics because my braces are put on by smiling and kind staff. I feel free to ask questions and make sure I understand what is happening in my mouth and how to take care of it.

Our first visit was very efficient and informative. I also very much appreciated how Dr Ferris communicated with my grandson about his treatment. Very kind. Staff was also very helpful.

We had our first appointment with my daughter yesterday. Dr. Ferris is great! Aubrie was the sweetest and made my daughter feel comfortable right away. We’re very happy and can’t wait to start treatment!
