He's professional but friendly, intelligent, up-to-date on developments in his field and, perhaps most importantly, he LISTENED to me. He heard my concerns and addressed them , gave me an idea of what to expect going forward, and sent me off with some helpful information. I was anxious when I went into the appointment, and much reassured when I left.
Support staff were also top-notch. No one looks forward to medical appointments, but the four staff members I interacted with helped make it more pleasant with their kind professionalism and efficiency.
