Dr Sutherland made me feel comfortable in discussing all of my health concerns. She expressed genuine concern for my health and empathy and direction for my emotional/ psychological health. She ensured I understood and took the time to answer and explain any health concern or issue. At my age had not experienced the care and service she provided and I will truly miss it.

Dr. Sutherland was recommended to me by Dr. Doneker when he retired. She is just right for me. She listens well. She works well with my specialists. She calls herself "the quarterback" of that team. She knows my life's history. She instills trust. All of her recommendations were good and helpful. She was my wife's physician before she got into hospice care. My wife loved her. Dr Sutherland has a great sense of humor. She is helping to keep me alive.
She does not seem to prescribe more medication than strictly necessary.
When I write her I get prompt answers.

She takes her time to go over every concern that you have. She is patient and understanding and won’t let you leave until you fully understand all concerns.

Very down to earth in practicing medicine. Dr Southerland can explain and diagnose medical conditions to me in such a manner that I completely understand in a caring manor, she by far is one of the Best primary physicians care I have in my lifetime and I’m 72 years old and have had numerous health issues including hospitalizations and dealing with numerous Physician's I definitely can identify good and not so good medical professionals. Dr. Southerland by far is on the top of the list with other very talented medical professionals.

Dr. Sutherland makes you feel completely comfortable at her first greeting.

Dr Sutherland was available to see and diagnosed my condition, been sick for more than a week. She was professional, caring and supportive. Just listening to her made me feel well. Excellent patient care.
