Dr Chen is so smart and so kind and understanding.
She always listens to my issue and gives great advise on how to resolve it.
I really love the staff too and how nice and caring they are.

Dr. Chen is easy to visit with and is knowledgeable. She responds to questions and explains in layman's terms . She exudes a caring attitude. And she is caring.

It is easy to get into her office for an appt. She makes me feel "heard" and always offers solutions to my on-going medical issues.

Dr Chen has been my Dr for years and my health has always been good n if any issues arise, she has always consulted me nbassited where applicable. I see her ice a year, which is a good thing and means that she is keeping me healthy n strong. Thank Dr. Chen n I have recommended her to several of my City Co workers.

I arrived at the K/S clinic at the prescribed time and Dr. Chen came immediately after the RN, CICI (sp?) took my vitals. Dr. Chen was able to identify my medical problem immediately. She gave me instructions on the prescription I was to take. She was very courteous, professional, and answered all of my questions.
I would be remiss if I didn't give high marks to Jennifer, the triage RN who I spoke to on the phone explaining my condition. I also want to comment Lynn the scheduler who was able to get me an appointment within a couple of hours. Finally, the receptionist at the Tanglewood clinic. She was most helpful in getting me checked in.
