Dr. Rivera to me is very professional. He explains everything to where I can understand and he takes his time to listen to me of my health concerns. And I know that I have to do my part to take care of myself, loose weight to get better lab test results.

Dr. Rivera is an excellent physician. When I go to him, I feel that he really listens to my concerns and he is very easy to talk to.. In addition he communicates well so that I can understand the medical terminology. I have recommended other people to him and they all feel the same way I do.

Dr. Rivera is very professional and very attentive to his patients, he knows how to listen to my concerns, my needs, he does not make you wait and most importantly, he will make sure that I understand his instructions during the consultation. I have seen several internal medicine and general medicine doctors with Kelsey and none have the attention that Doctor Rivera can give.

Dr. Rivera listens and addresses my concerns. He is easy to talk to and is excellent at making you feel comfortable. He informs you of lab results in a timely manner. Questions via email are quickly addressed.
