Doctor Dural is personable, knowledgeable, and I always feel like I'm seeing a friend. Her entire staff makes the visit easy. I have been seeing her since 2004 when a semi t-boned me. I see her twice a year to be sure my condition is under control. I actually look forward to the visits and on the rare occasion I have a flare up and have to see her between those visits I always feel confident of the care I'll receive. I make a long drive to see her because trust is the most important part of care. My only concern - she'll retire some day.

Dr Dural was professional, prompt and very gentle in delivering her diagnosis. She asked if my other issues were being addressed. Her office was also very prompt in arranging physical therapy. I was called in less than 2 hours to make an appointment. I would recommend her to others needing spine problems addressed.

She really takes the time to listen to the issue why I am there. This allows her to make the best treatment plan and put me on the path to recovery. I know it will be a long one with several surgeries over time, however if that is what it takes I will do it to get rid of all the pain I am feeling.

She always ask about ur pain and has it gotten better or worse. She really takes the time and listen to you and try to help ease the pain any way she can. She’s very understanding.

She is on time, she listens to my questions/issues and she asks things I didn't think about. She also is willing to refer me, as needed. She is also very nice to work with.
