Dr Carter has been my doctor for so long. I like her professional manner. She is efficient , talks to you and actually listens to my concerns.

She is so patient and cares. She takes time to look at my records and test results. She takes time to discuss my health with me. She is so great that I drive from Spring TX to see her.

Dr. Carter did a really great job in explaining things to me. I was really at the end of dealing with Kelsey Doctors and Dr. Carter really helped me to ease that feeling. I appreciated her time and patience.

Dr. Carter has been our family's primary care physician for years. I was initially disappointed when she left the Vintage location, but I willingly transitioned to her new practice at Westchase. Her knowledge, personable nature, and attentiveness to my concerns make her highly sought after, and it is evident through her work.

Its very difficult to choose a Dr. I am extremely happy I chose Dr. Carter. Dr. Cater is 100% genuine. I've had Dr's that care however, it is another level of care Dr. Cater showed me as a patient. I believe I can trust her and my health is important her. I know I'm not her only patient but I felt like I was when she was in the room!

Dr. Carter was knowledgeable, attentive and addressed all my concerns.. she also educated me on the importance of yearly physicals.. she and the staff were super kind and made me feel really comfortable.

This was my first experience with this doctor and I’ll be back. I liked her kind but calm manor and felt she was very knowledgeable. She was very professional and easy to understand when addressing my concerns.

I like Dr Hernandez
Dr Carter seems like she overall cares about my health and talked me thru some things that I appreciate, but there were some comments I did not like that rubbed off on me that she didn’t want to get me in the best possible condition I can be in, I am an athlete and she assumed otherwise saying certain comments. I certainly don’t know more then her but when I talk to specialists it is a different undertone they have, that comes from someone who truly wants to get you in the best possible condition you can be in.
