attention and gives me details for treatment my current and future treatments for my condition. I take her advice seriously. She is very professional and asks relevant questions when necessary. I appreciate her kind gestures.

I am 85 years old and had to have an infected, ruptured cyst on the back of my neck drained. Dr Irving and her assistant were very compassionate and professional during the procedure. Although Dr Iving numbed the area more than once it was still painful. Each time she was doing something she explained what she was doing. The procedure lasted over 45 minutes. Thank you, Dr Irving, for taking such good care of me.
