I am 85 years old and had to have an infected, ruptured cyst on the back of my neck drained. Dr Irving and her assistant were very compassionate and professional during the procedure. Although Dr Iving numbed the area more than once it was still painful. Each time she was doing something she explained what she was doing. The procedure lasted over 45 minutes. Thank you, Dr Irving, for taking such good care of me.

Dr. Irving is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I have been a patient of hers since moving to Houston in 2007. She listens to any concerns I may have and always has my best interests.

Because she cares so much about her patients. She is attentive, takes her time and definitely know her stuff. Basically an excellent Doctor
