Dr Ahmed was attentive and she explained mom’s results and reviewed her labs with us. She spoke directly to mom amd she listened and was patient.

Dr. Ahmad met all of my expectations. She was very patient and she didn't rush me in any way.
She explained and communicated very clearly with me about all of my concerns in full details. She covered everything and I was very pleased with my visit with her. I rate her 5 stars ⭐

Dr Ahmed has wonderful bedside manner. She is extremely knowledgeable and honest about your prognosis/outcomes/ methods of care and provides her expertise so that YOU can make decisions that are best for YOUR health. It is obvious that she does actually care about her patients and giving them the best outcome. Her nurse Lola is very responsive and versed in different categories and responds fast! Before you get off the phone she makes sure to have relayed the message to Dr Ahmed. I have already recommended several people to Dr Ahmed’s office. My first visit to Kelsey was with another Dr who was so terrible to me that I left crying and feeling like I paid to be looked down upon, scolded and pushed off somewhere else. I got no answers, no help, no tests, nothing for pain, and only a recommendation to see someone else. I ended up going to urgent care that same day for care that I PAID for with Dr Yee-ru Chen. It felt very hopeless.
Dr Ahmed and her staff are wonderful. A complete comeback from my first visit. Ks is LUCKY to have her.

Dr Ahmed is an excellent communicator, who takes her time to thoroughly understand your symptoms and plans a course of action to help you get better. I highly recomend her for any infectious disease needs.

She is an amazing doctor. She took the time to explain to me my options along with educating me on the medication. I really felt like I was included in my care. I work in healthcare and I have to say I don’t feel like what she did is the norm but it she be!!! I really enjoyed my visit with her!!
