He is caring and explains each step completely and lets me know why it is important to do it. That has taken the anxiety out of the process. He listens and answers all my questions. He is very personable and always puts me at ease. Beyond that I really appreciate his nursing staff. Both he and his staff make me feel very comfortable.

It was our first appointment. Dr. Hendin was very personable, knowledgeable and gentle. He explained the procedure clearly and put me at ease. Everything went well and I would definitely go to him again if I needed to see a urologist.

Dr. Hendin was very informative, patient and knowledgeable. He was very kind and took my concerns into consideration. His nurses were very nice and accommodating being that I brought my baby along. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hendin to everyone that I know.
