It was my first time office visit with Dr Montalvo and was very thorough with exam and explanation of pros and cons with my case. His care made me comfortable in how to proceed with given options available.

He is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything. He also listens to all my questions. He understands my problem and is giving me ways to help. He is very patient centered and I will definitely refer him to my friends and family.

Dr Montalvo is very professional; he provides great Customer care with respect and kindness and builds an emotional connection with me as a patient. I have several Doctors/Specialist at Kelsey-Seybold, and they do not provide this type of care, this should be handled by everyone on a Care team, not just deliver medical services.
He treats a patient how they want to be treated and listens to an individual’s needs to find the best solution.

I like Dr. Montalvo because he is one of the few doctors at Kelsey who is interested in what your problem is and does not treat you like "just one more patient" on the assembly line. I wish Dr. Montalvo could be my primary care doctor.

He communicates we! Explains what is happening. He also listens to his patients. His staff is very friendly and professional. He takes his time and so does the staff. You don’t feel rushed through.

He said my first name like only my parents always did. My parents are deceased but Dr. Montalvo brighten my day besides his professional, kindness, attentiveness and medical advice he gave me. Was a ? delight.

He’s very concerned with my health issues and takes all the time necessary to discuss, examine, and explain medications, treatments, and lifestyle changes he recommends for me. He’s always very cordial, friendly, and welcoming. He inspires great confidence in me and I couldn’t be happier with his care.
