Dr. Simms has been my doctor for over 15 years. He is kind, compassionate and always willing to listen to my questions and concerns and address them. He puts his patients first. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Dr. Victor Simms is professional, knowledgeable, ethical and posses an amazing bedside manner. He always listens to your health concerns and addresses each one. I was a Healthcare professional for over 40 years { retired now} and have extensive experience working with physicians and he is truly “5 Star” !!!

Dr. Simms is an amazing brilliant physician! My family has been with him since he was a doctor at the old Pasadena, TX clinic. He is so knowledgeable about all aspects of medical conditions ,and if you need a referral to another physician he will make sure you are sent to them.
Doctor Simms is always such a comforting caring physician. When you leave your appointment with him, you know that without a doubt he has taken the time to be sure that you feel confident and cared for. He is not only a physician, but a man who cares for humanity!
I am so confident about him that I do believe he is one of the best physicians in America!
If I had someone I knew who wanted to be a physician, I would hope that they could be mentored by this great man!

Genuinely cares about the health of his patients. He takes his time with you, answers any questions and addresses any concerns you may have. In my opinion Dr. Simms is the best there is. I'm always comfortable and relaxed during my visits with him.
