I like Dr Newmark because he listened to me, took his time explaining, and understood my dilemma of deciding whether or not to get neurosurgery in my cervical area. He showed me and my husband the MRI, which showed the exact areas that were worrisome to him if not repaired. He is our same ages and was so kind, informative, thorough, and helped me reach a decision to have the surgery. I had it done on 12/08. I had a problem with the anesthesia after surgery, but I am doing well now. If I ever need neurological advice again, I will gladly travel from The Woodlands to the Medical Center Kelsey to see Dr Newmark again. He is a very special doctor to me. I'm so glad I went to him for a second opinion that really helped me. It was the best doctor/patient relationship I've ever experienced!

Dr Newmark has such a kind & caring demeanor it immediately smooths a patients nerves in any situation which optimizes the pleasantness of a visit with such a wonderful physician. I’m always happy to visit such a great physician.

He is a great Dr. I have been seeing him for 30 years or more. He is always friendly and full of advise . He is one of the last doctors that has been here since 1983.

I enjoyed my introduction to and professional counseling from Dr. Newmark yesterday. He exuded friendliness, empathy and compassion, which was the perfect antidote to a bit of anxiety I might otherwise have felt, never having experienced a visit with a neurologist before. Thank you!

Besides being an excellent doctor who has taken very good care of managing my Parkinson’s that I have had for years, he is so committed to his profession. He is thoughtful, kind and a person who sincerely cares about his patients. He makes me feel confident to be able to keep moving forward inspite of the health issues I have. He is very encouraging with delightful personality . He is extremely thorough, detailed with his visits . I would not know what to do without his help.
