We always have a great experience at their office. All the staff is super friendly and they make sure both my kiddos are comfortable with what is going on. They even went above and beyond when my son got hurt, he lost of few brackets and they sent him a get well card and a little gift with it. I would deffinitly recommend Rick Herrmann to anyone looking for an orthodontist!!

I stumbled upon him on Facebook, and he had a special offer going on. I couldn’t resist jumping on it! His staff treats you like family, not just a number. It’s not the usual, ‘What are you here for?’ It’s ‘Hi, I’ve got you checked in!’ Like, I’m not just a case number to them! They were all so friendly and welcoming. They were incredibly thorough with the produce, explaining how it would happen, how long it would take, and even considering extra guests we might bring! They have a movie room and games for my girls! Speaking with Dr. Herrmann felt like chatting with a human version of Jesus. He was so patient, kind, and caring towards my little family! I’m getting braces for the first time in my life, and I’m so glad I chose him! I can’t wait for my 5-year-old to become of age so she can get hers from him too!

Where should I start?? Front staff always pleasant and happy to help, back staff knowledgeable and friendly and very patient with my son!
