We are + 85, she & dr Lothian treat us as though we were family. & they have all the time in the world.
I realize as do others these skilled people (Drs, nurses, techs , etc) are on “peace work” as though it is a car plant, or shoe mfg..
We love both, & others, they keep us with Kelsey, which is a quickly changing group, NOT FOR THE BEST.
U have some that look at us,” well u are going to die soon” so quality is not important.

She is thorough and she takes time to understand our symptoms in order to aid with the correct treatment. I appreciate that she does not rush us out in order to get to the next patient. This proves she truly cares which is an essential part I have noticed is missing in the health care field.

She scheduled x-rays on the same day as my appointment. And I had results the next morning.
She also scheduled ultra sound the day of my appointment for the following day.
As always, I was very impressed with everyone I had contact with on the Kelsey-Seybold staff!
