She explained the proper use and maintenance of the hearing aids. I haven’t noticed much improvement with the hearing aids at the lowest setting but she said that the setting will be adjusted during the follow up visit in two weeks. She was very professional, personable and attempted to answer any questions I had.

I have enjoyed working with Dr. Winkler and more so her staff. They are knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant for ever appointment I have had. From the visit, testing and in the process of choosing my earring aid. They made the process so easy and non stressful. Best appointment ever...that I can say about all of my Kelsey doctors along with Dr. Winkler.
