I can’t thank Dr. Kaufman, Laura and the rest of his incredible team enough! You can truly see that everyone is passionate about what they do and taking care of you. They were all so patient in explaining everything to me and calming my nerves from beginning to end. The healing process has been far better than I ever anticipated. He is such a wonderful doctor, and I’ve never had kinder nurses than those that work with Dr. Kaufman. They make every effort to care for your comfort, and they are always happy to answer a million questions to put your mind at ease. As a retired RN, I admit to being fussy with my physicians and surgeons. Dr Kaufman made me feel very comfortable, answering all my questions honesty and completely, offering some options. My surgery was elective but important to me as my vision was being significantly impaired. His pre-op instructions were clear. He gave realistic expectations for the day of surgery. Post-op instructions were equally clear as well as again, giving me realistic expectations for the following days. Not only can I see very clearly now, but my friends say I look 10 to 20 years younger. In general, the results of exceeded my expectations and I would strongly recommend Dr. Kaufman, to anybody considering any kind of plastic surgery.

Dr. K is very friendly, professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. It was very comfortable working with his entire crew. Laura and Joanna were an excellent part of the team; everyone knew what their job was and executed it in a timely, efficient manner.
In-office surgery was well executed: completed quickly, but skillfully. My swelling and bruising is less than I expected.
Looking forward to a beautiful result on my lower eyes!
