Dr. Metoxin was factual regarding the challenging recovery time and physical therapy required. He also explained why my knee has become so disabled with bone spurs that restrict full motion and use. That explanation was key to my decision to go ahead with this operation. I would prefer using Memorial Villages rather than St Luke’s Hospital.

I trust him with my life. Dr Metoxen explained what he was going to do and did just what he said. He knows what he need to do and do it. He's very good at what he does. My knee looks great after the surgery. All I need now is to get well.

He's very easy going and I trust him the my knee surgery was done right the lower bone of my body could not handle the weight of my body and chipped not blaming anyone. My knee healed great can barely see where he cut.

Replaced my left hip. Almost zero pain. Able do do just about anything at 10 days. At 7 weeks, did not know that I even had the surgery.
On top of that he is personable and explains what he plans to do.

Dr. Metoxen cares about the patient throughout the whole process. He had explained in detail about the knee replacement surgery prior to going in, was available for questions, and is encouraging during the follow up. He is very clear about what to expect and how to recover. The staff that he works with has been super helpful as well.

He had perfect "bedside manner" because I literally was laying down for the entire appointment because my bursa pain was so severe. He listened carefully and attentively. He was very thorough with his questions.
