He gave me my life back!! I have had no pain after my TKRV.. he told me I was going to WALK out of the hospital with no PAIN and I did. He did a wonderful job.

Dr. Edelstein was my surgeon for my right knee replacement and he retired before I could get my left knee replaced. I was worried about finding another doctor like Dr. Edelstein. Dr. Metoxen was kind, understood my fears, and took a lot of time to make me feel comfortable with a new doctor. I didn't have a second thought about choosing him as my new orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. was great! He showed me an x ray of my hips and they looked brand new. He mentioned I might have to see another doctor about the pain in my LEGS and WAIST.

Dr. Did a thorough examination of my hips showing they in place and doing fine. We talked about the pain in my waist and legs. I really need the pain in my legs and waist to be addressed.

he takes his time with you he listens. He tells you everything that’s important and non-important and he went over all my test results very thoroughly. He even let me call my son to listen in. I would see him again and again and again.

He is kind , patience , caring , compassionate, knowledgeable .What's happening what to expect pre and post surgery . Then he give you the opportunity to ask questions with be rush, also he allow family members to be involved in the process of healing

Dr Metoxem showed me on my xray what was going on with the healing process of my hip fracture surgery which was not done by him He explained why I am still having pain in my leg and not walking like I should be He suggested a steroid shot which seems to be working Since my hip may have to be replaced I feel he made me comfortable that he will be doing it
