I appreciate Dr Irma Pfister's professional manner of attending to her pt. She allows her pt to participate in their care decisions after hearing from them and providing them with all the options available. she is very compassionate in her approachto her pt. She is also very thorough in her pt care accessment and will always remind you of your pass health history and will help you see why what is happening to you at the moment may have been as a result what even you as a pt may have even forgotten. She is really good at her job and also very friendly making her pt to feel at ease with his or her health problems after leaving her office bcos of the solutions she always offers.
These and many more, are the reasons why l like her as my Doctor. (She gives you 110% of customers service satisfaction)
Her staff are also cordial to the pt .

Dr Pfister caught some problems with my medication that I had been taking for years the first time I saw her.
She has been extremely supportive throughout my cancer treatments and continues to go out of her way to check on my progress even without an appointment.
It’s very clear to me that Dr Pfister actually reads everything in my chart that other doctors have written because she will discuss her approval for the treatments they have given to me and she makes sure I understand everything.
Dr Pfister has a wonderful ‘Bed Side’ manner that makes me feel comfortable and trusting during our visits. Her knowledge is unquestionable.
I hope she will always be my primary doctor.
