She explained herself in detail and provided strategies to try at home until my baby is ready to get help at the clinic. The wait time for an evaluation was lengthy though (~3 months)

She cared about our feeding issues with our child. She listened attentively and explained in great detail how therapy can help improve her issues. She could also speak fluently English and Spanish which is valued in our case since my husband's mother tongue and mine are different.
