He wrote things down on paper as he explained the various causes of allergies to me so I could see the lists He was very knowledgeable about the subject, very patient about explaining treatment options , and respectfully incorporated me in the treatment plan. He was kind, gentle, and very easy to talk too.

Dr. Wu made a good first impression by being right on time for our video visit. Doing the discussion he asked good questions that led to an understanding of my allergy issue. After reaching a diagnosis, he prescribed two new medications and requested Labs to evaluate the potential allergy. All in all he was casual and engaging while being very professional.

He was excellent. He listened to my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable about my condition, which is rare. A lot of doctors don’t know about pressure urticaria.
He prescribed medications I’ve read in the latest research papers, so I was super happy to see he was completely in the loop with literature.
His bedside manner was amazing too. I felt super comfortable with Dr Wu.
