Dr Wu was very thorough. He listened to my concerns and took time to explain different conditions that could be causing my symptoms. He also explained his specialty and advised that if blood work results showed concerns, he would refer me to Rheumatology, which he did. I appreciate that he posted a comment on My Kelsey Online the very next day enabling me to schedule the next step. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that I had to wait for some time in the exam room. He did apologize for the delay and thanked me for my patience.

Dr. Wu showed up on time and, after hearing me describe my symptoms, was very patient about explaining my condition and answering my questions. He gave me several options to treat my condition and gave his recommendation on the best solution. He was honest and didn’t try to make me come back for unnecessary testing. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an experienced allergist.

He was very attentive and took the time to listen AND explain. He was very empathetic as well and didn’t just disregard my concerns. He was also very thorough in that he listened to my concerns and ordered tests based on those concerns. He was very inclusive in that he asked for my feedback and thoughts on his next steps.

Dr. Wu was excellent he listened to my health concerns and gave me feedback. Very professional he spoke to me in a way that I was able to understand what he was saying about my concerns. He appeared to be very young but was very knowledgeable. I will keep him on my radar for future allergies issues.

Dr. Wu took the time to listen to my concerns and then thoroughly suggested treatments options. He was very informative about the treatment options available for me and allowed me to decide. Once I decided on a treatment plan, he went over the instructions with me and then asked for my input. I was super pleased with his bedside manners and his medical professionalism. I will definitely recommend him to others.

He was pleasant took time to care about me. Explain things I hadn’t thought of and made suggestions. Never felt rushed or unimportant. Like I was the only patient he had. I will definitely recommend him.
