She actually went above and beyond to see what was wrong with my child other than just saying he looked fine and sending him home and I really appreciate because he has been to Kelsey several
Times in the last few months and that one extra thing she did actually helped . I totally appreciate it .

She made my 4 year son feel very comfortable. He normally cries so much when visiting the doctor but not this time. She did a great job in evaluating my son's ear infection and his overall well being. We as parents felt heard. Thank you!

She is thorough and helps the parents with any questions they might have. She tries to make the child feel comfortable. The wait time is a little too much as you’re waiting a long time with a child who gets impatient very quickly.

She is very caring and good with kids, she gave us the treatment we needed for my daughter and understood my concern. This was our first time with her and I really liked it her. I will definitely go with her again. Good to have another good Pediatrician at Cypress location

Dr Ro was awesome. She was quick and really helped us avoid an ER trip. I appreciate that she was transparent and tried utilizing her resources in the office as much as possible. We were called back almost immediately and she was in the room within 5 minutes.

Dr. Akpovwa was awesome with our little guy. It was a bit unnerving to have to see someone other than my sons regular pediatrician but she proved to be just as knowledgeable, kind and helpful as his Dr. It was a welcomed surprise and I am grateful that she took the time to explain what needed to be done! She put my heart at ease and again im super grateful!

Saw Dr. Ro on the weekend as a backup to our regular pediatrician. She had a very good bedside manner with me and our child, patiently listened to our concerns and gave our child a very thorough exam.
Would recommend Dr. Ro to anyone.

Our pediatrician was unavailable and Dr. Akpovwa came thru for us in true, outstanding Kelsey-Seybold fashion. She was amazing and we’re very grateful for her.

Dr. Ro was amazing! Very kind and patient with my teen, we both appreciated the way she listened attentively to the concerns and created a plan to address those concerns. We were able to get screenings completed same day within the same location with a warm hand off. Point of care testing for a comprehensive approach is important to me as a parent and I feel that Dr. Ro and team can meet this expectation.
