I came into the Sugar Land office and spoke to Vanessa about scheduling a colonoscpy and she gave me the information I needed to schedule an appointment. The other two girl were very polite and helped me understand everything

I visited the Sugarland location. From the moment I walked in, Vanessa was very nice and patient with me. Ms Monica educated me and her bedside was marvelous. I’m usually nervous about new doctors but she made me feel super comfortable. Yaheli made the scheduling and check out process very smooth. I am pleased with my care and will be returning soon. Way to go Sugarland location!

I was disappointed with the Katy facility at first. I had a bone density exam scheduled (by the Sugarland Office) on a Wednesday. I called numerous times and no one answered the phone (because they’re bombarded with patients checking in) then I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to finally get to the front & be told they could not see me! I demanded to speak to the office manager & Martha explained these exams were only on Thursdays. Thank you Martha for taking care of the situation accepting responsibility & making sure I had the exam done the same day & not having to drive 40 minutes there for nothing. I will say paid a lot less than I would’ve paid at a hospital.

I called the office to set up an appointment. The receptionist, Vanessa was very pleasant on the phone. I came in for an appointment, and everyone was so nice. Vanessa greeted me, brought me back for the appointment by Yaheli, and checked out by Tatiana. All the ladies in the office were very nice and made the experience good.

The Staff, was so caring and understanding, I was in alot of pain and they their time to explain how they could help, I'm going on my 3rd visit and I'm half done with the original issues I came in with originally, you will not found a more , caring , professional, informative, knowledgeable Medical Team, thanks for everything,
