At the Sugarland location I had a problem and they got me in as soon as possible at the Katy location. I was very surprised to see Monica there. She usually takes care of me for my appointments. I really like her. Very attentive. Very knowledgeable. Can't wait for Dr. Gajula to do the necessary testing for me. Looking forward to it. I have been a patient of Dr. Gajula鈥檚 for about 20 years. She has always been very thorough and always takes time to listen to my concerns and questions. I have had multiple colonoscopies with her, and Dr. Gajula is always meticulous at explaining results, offering ways to improve my health and test results when needed. I have read some of the reviews regarding testing that was ordered before the appointment that seemed to be somewhat unnecessary. Some of that, I have experienced - hence the 4 stars - HOWEVER - when I went into the appointment I was told I could opt out of any tests I did not want to have. That would have been good to know when my appointment was originally scheduled so that I would not have to worry about why these tests were called for. I trust that Dr. Gajula and her staff are simply trying to include new ways to help us take charge of being healthier and more aware. Hope my comments are helpful.
