Dr. Judith Munoz who saw me during my visit demonstrated an incredibly pleasant and compassionate disposition. The team’s caring approach was particularly comforting, especially as this was my first-ever biopsy, an experience which naturally brought a degree of anxiety. She conducted a remarkably thorough examination, meticulously ensuring every detail was covered before proceeding. Special thanks to Damaris (Radiology tech), and Radiology RN Crystal. I appreciate their compassion and care.
Furthermore, her clear and empathetic communication when reviewing my films and explaining the findings was exemplary. She presented the information with sensitivity and clarity, which I deeply appreciated. Learning of the findings early has provided immense relief, particularly given my family history of breast cancer. This proactive detection is critically important, and I am truly grateful for the vigilance and expertise that made it possible.

Dr Munoz explained what needed to be performed to find out what we need to do next in treatment. I liked that she showed me on the screen exactly what was happening.

Dr Munoz greeted me warmly and looked me in the eye during her greeting. She explained my test results and the next steps clearly and efficiently. She was personable, professional, and joyful. After experiencing two mammograms and then, setting the appointment for the breast procedure, it was wonderful to finally be talking to a physician instead of simply reading the test results in the Kelsey portal. The system of communication Kelsey uses with their patients seriously lacks, but Dr Munoz does not. She was stellar.
