Dr. Usman is more than aware of your medical charts. She listens to me as her patient keep good records and she always inquire to know of new issues in changes with my health. Talking the Dr. Usman makes me aware that my health care is in hands when visiting the Kelsey Westchase Campus. She is generally compassion about her craft and she gives me the impression that she has been a doctor for a very long time although she is fairly young. Everytime I get a good female doctor, she ends up moving to a different location and that is my only fear. This is problemly my 3rd time visiting the Westcoast Campus and Dr. Usman was my doctor and my fingers are crossed that Dr Usman will stay and if she decides to move to another campus, I pray it will still be convenient for me so that I can keep her as my doctor because I feel comfortable with her as my doctor.

It was my first time as a patient. I was looking for an excelle service from Dr. Usman but I got just a regular service. Dr. Usman was in a rush while treating me. I felt that my concerns were not listened nor understood by her.

Dr. Usman was very professional, made me feel comfortable, she listened and understood all of my heath concerns, she went through my medical records history to understand my past to help my needs of my present. I immediately left her office feeling relieved I found a doctor I feel comfortable being transparent with and not feeling judged or reprimanded. She didn’t just focus on one health concern, she focused on all of my needs
