She ensured I was getting enough folic acid for up to a year to help my baby have the best chance of development. I appreciate this effort because I thought my prenatal vitamins would be enough despite the research I've already done myself. My doctor's appointment at the Pasadena location was amazing! Dr. Davis and the nurses gave me plenty of information and was thorough. However, my appointment at the Clearlake location wasn't nearly the same. The wait time was horrible both in the waiting and exam room. Also, I didn't appreciate that I wasn't informed that I would need to schedule a radiology appointment separately to find the sex of my baby. I would've appreciated it if the pamphlets were better explained by the doctor and nurse alike so I could be thoroughly informed of any extra steps I needed to take.

Professional, Prompt Polite and Profound. One of the best and has a great new hairdo. Just think of all the children in this area who have her to thank for bringing into this world. Miss all her pictures like she had at the old building.

She’s very calming, direct, and understanding! I wish she was my doctor when I was pregnant! Her professionalism is top tier. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr. Davis was extremely thorough with my visit. She addressed my concerns and questions. She is knowledgeable and caring. Made me feel like she had my best interest.

Dr. Townsend is an excellent doctor. She is knowledgeable, friendly , listens to issues spends time taking good care of the patient. I have been seeing her for many years will continue to go only to her.

She was kind and explained everything in terms I could understand.
During the procedure she continued to talk to me and let me know what she was doing and what I could expect. This was the best care I could have ever expected to receive!

I prefer to be seen by female doctors. I believe a female doctor is able to understand and be empathetic to the concerns of a female patient. Dr. Davis-Townsend is a caring doctor; she is not rushed to hear the patient's concerns/problems. She offers advice and care based on the conversation between her and the patient. I have been seen by Dr. Davis-Townsend for 8 years and I will continue to be seen by her.
