I have been her patient as for as past 7-8 years. We have developed patient doctor relation ship in that duration. She tries to make sure that every thing in her protocol to take care of myself is being taken care of. She is kind of stingy writing the medication for her patients as for as I know with my personal experience- but that is for the best interest of her patients. Like she did not want me to take Ibuprofen to relieve my joint pains and she kept asking me until I totally abandoned it from my drug list. She also check on dates when medication was sent to me, and should she write me a new prescription e.g I had my Thyroxine prescription filled almost a week ago and this change occurred just because of department’s fault as my prescription was not filled in time and delay happened and since then ( almost 2 years this is how I get my 4th bottle of the year! She loves to do her duty according to protocol. As long as I receive my next prescription before my current one gone, I do not have issues with it. I wish her the best

Very good . she try to take time...but if you only have15 min per patient it hard..Kelsey is expanding so much... And things are changing

She is efficient, pleasant, and always demonstrates common sense. Also, she is quick to respond to refill requests (medicine).....regardless of whether her response is positive or negative . Does not keep me waiting, unlike some doctors I had in the past.
