Dr.Poonia is so incredibly professional, kind and very attentive to my concerns. My physical health and mental health as well, never rushes me to finish explaining my concerns. Dr. Poonia is excellent at explaining everything to me very thoroughly on the assessments at the end of my appointment, even with directions of the medication(s). I feel extremely comfortable and confident with her as she has been my primary care physician for some time and will continue as she is WONDERFUL.
Her nurse is very caring, kind and professional as well.

She treated you like you’re one of her family.. She has soft voice that you at ease to ask more questions.

Dr. Poonia is extremely compassionate, she’s kind and welcoming. She takes her time addressing concerns and answering questions. Her nurses are excellent as well! I’m glad she is my primary care physician.

She certainly listens, and has a practical understanding of how to move forward with meds, or referrals.
